How long is the rental period?
Our rentals are 4 hours long, excluding setup and breakdown time. We typically set up 1-2 hours before your event. If you require a longer rental duration, just let us know!

Can the Soft Play and Bounce House be set up indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely! Our set ups are versatile and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. If you need measurements for indoor setup, feel free to reach out to us. For outdoor events, ensure that the setup area is shaded, leveled and not on top or gravel or dirt areas. We can also provide a canopy for a fee.
 

Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery within the first 10 miles from 28037 (Denver, NC). Beyond that, we charge $1.75 per mile round trip. 

How frequently do you clean and disinfect the equipment?
Maintaining a clean and safe environment is our top priority. Before and after setup, we meticulously clean the soft play equipment with disinfecting wipes and use baby-safe disinfectant spray. Additionally, we thoroughly clean balls, mats, and bounce houses after each use. We also provide hand sanitizer to keep the little ones clean and protected.

Are you Licensed & Insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, providing you with peace of mind as you plan your event.

Do you require a deposit to book?
To secure your date, we ask for a $100 refundable deposit. The full balance is due 5 days before your event. Upon inspection and equipment pickup, your deposit will be returned to you.
 

What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Zelle, Venmo, or cash payments.
 

How can I book?
Booking with us is a breeze! You can fill out our contact form, send us an email, or message us on Instagram or Facebook. Once your deposit is received, consider your rental secured!
 

Do you have a waiver that needs to be signed?
Our waiver and rental agreement are readily available on our website. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
